Desktop Viber Screen issue - Solved

Your Desktop Viber application has been updated but the Viber Screen is Blank and White. You uninstalled and re-installed many times, no success. So here is the solution:

Cause: 1. Incompatible Screen Resolution
Solution:

• Go to Screen Resolution
• Click Advance Settings
• On the Monitor tab, Select "True color(32 bit)"
• Click Apply and Ok.
• Rigt Click on Viber.exe and select properties
• On the Compatibility tab, inside Settings, Tick "Run in 256 colors"
• Click Apply and Ok.

 Casue: 2. Registry corruption
Solution:

• Use Registry Cleaner or Registry Optimizer
• Using AVG TuneUp is good to go with many optimizing tools

 Casue: 2 Memory Fault
Solution:

• Go to Task Manager
• On the process tab, select Viber.exe and kill the process
• Now Re-run the Viber as administrator.
